Sunday evenings can hit differently when you live alone with ADHD. The week is coming, the to-do list is looming, and staring at it alone doesn't make it smaller.

This is an online co-working / body-doubling session. We start with a quick round robin so everyone names what they're working on, then dig in together. Cameras on please, but only unmute when it's your turn to talk. It's okay to get up and move around, but please remain within earshot so that you can hear me. I'll announce a short break halfway through, and we close with five minutes to share how it went — what you got done, what shifted, even if it's small.

Laundry, meal prep, email backlog, calendar-checking, whatever "getting ready for the week" means for you. Let's tackle the "Sunday Scaries" together by getting ready in a community environment.
