An ADHD & Neurodivergent Guide to Getting Ready for the Holidays
The holiday to-do list is a completely unfair fight. Gifts, parties, cards, decorating, travel, a budget, and a house that's supposed to look like a painting, all landing on one neurodivergent brain.
Most holiday advice is written for families and moms. This class is for the rest of us: neurodivergent adults, especially those who live alone, who spend a lot of the season at other people's houses, and who've been known to skip inviting anyone over because of the state of the place.
Don't panic. It's five weeks of small daily jobs, a live Sunday call each week (recorded if you can't make it live), and a little decluttering mixed with a lot of planning.

## What we do

  • Week 1: Do I have to celebrate? Pick your level (physically, mentally and emotionally), take out the trash, and ready the spots a visitor sees (dining table included). Gather the invitations, send RSVPs early and decide travel.
  • Week 2: Kitchen and holiday decorations. The boxes, the stories inside them, and fresh storage.
  • Week 3: Calendar, money and Black Friday. One master calendar, a gift list that fits your budget, and thank-yous.
  • Week 4: The doing. Shopping, decorating, cards and easy wrapping, in stages and with company from the group.
  • Week 5: Energy and guest or host. A social and sensory plan, recovery days, family visits and the 20-minute tidy.

## What's included

  1. Daily bite-size tasks with an optional Reflect prompt
  2. Live Sunday calls: Nov 8, 15, 22, 29, Dec 6 and 13, all recorded so you can skip the live part
  3. Recordings and workbook, with 90 days of access after Dec 13
  4. Body-doubling sessions and a group chat for check-ins, photos and company while you work

## Price is for the whole class. Time listed is just for the opening meeting.

$47 early-bird through Sunday, Nov 1. $67 after that. No refunds after November 8.
