Learn a wildly underestimated skill and guided exercises on quieting the mind that open many doors
**Turn the noise off in your mind. Yes, you can calm the mental storm and really quiet your mind.**Your beliefs, intentions, prayers and commands have more power when spoken from a quiet mind. A crowded and scattered mind disperses attention and energy in all directions, and in the end, nothing is manifested. This is one reason quieting the mind is essential.

I'll be doing a 1-hour Webinar on "Quieting the Mind,” a wildly underestimated skill that opens many doors. There will be a few guided exercises on quieting the mind, followed by some Q&A.

***

  • Have you ever tried just going blank?
  • Have you ever wished you could just ease your mind’s chatter and calm the mental storm?
  • Have you ever just stopped everything you're doing, trying, talking, desiring, resisting and sat in stillness until your mind is calm?

Why would you want to quiet your mind?
You want to be able to predict things more easily, make better decisions, and create the life you want more consciously.

The problem nowadays is that there's too much going on in the mind.
It's too scattered. It's full of stuff. It's been filled with stuff. And if it's full of stuff if it's overflowing with information or thoughts. If it's scattered here, here, a little bit of this, a little bit of that. Like social media, where you get a little bit of everything, but nothing focused, nothing deep, then you cannot point your energy like a laser on anything, and you can't think clearly and live peacefully.

The process of thinking clearly and living peacefully slows down scattered thoughts.
There are many ways to slow down scattered thoughts.
Even just writing down your priorities can slow down your scattered thoughts.
Even just taking care of unfinished business can slow down scattered thoughts.
Even just cleaning your place can slow down scattered thoughts before we even talk about meditation or anything.

Step two is to start focusing on one thought, one item, or one project only.
And as you do that, as you focus on one thing, there's still scattering, and you might notice it. There are still other thoughts trying to intrude. But the longer you focus, the quieter it is, and the more you are gathered into one point.

So, you keep focusing until you have a quiet mind.
Then, you support your thoughts with words and actions, and that's your total focus. Then, the creation is not only in Your mind but through Your words and actions; it's also in physical reality.

However, a person that is too scattered, they won't get much done.
They'll try a little bit of this, and then they'll be interested in this and then this and that.

There are ways to quiet your mind, and you will know in the upcoming Webinar Quieting the Mind.
This webinar is for people who can't quiet their minds. A way to address and handle scattered attention, unruly monkey-mind. Like a chicken pecking here and there but not manifesting anything in specific.

But if you can quiet the mind, you don't need it.
If you can quiet your mind, there are about ten thousand other things you no longer need for your well-being. You may think you need another vacation, lotion, drink, smoke, acknowledgement, approval, food, money, change of weather, new clothes, etc.

But what if what you really needed was peace of mind?
You will learn lessons and exercises to

  • Quiet your mind
  • Increase awareness and focus
  • Clear Your head
  • Be calm
  • And Ask any questions…

and much more
