FLEX – Women’s Leadership & Entrepreneurial Exchange
Join us for FLEX, a community for women who are building businesses, leading in their careers, and intentionally growing both personally and professionally.
We meet every 1st and 3rd Friday of the month for meaningful conversations, strategic discussions, and authentic relationship-building with other women in the Colorado Springs community.
FLEX is designed to be more than traditional networking. Each gathering creates space for thoughtful discussion, shared experiences, and practical insights that help women grow in leadership, business, and life.
Meetings may include guided conversations, interactive discussions, and opportunities to connect with women who value collaboration, growth, and genuine community.

FLEX meetings are women-only gatherings to create a supportive space for women to connect and share openly.
