Business Mastermind Resurrection

The 411 for the 719 Business Mastermind: Relaunch

Most business owners make their biggest decisions alone, with only their own experience to lean on. A mastermind changes that.

A business mastermind puts people with different kinds of experience in one room to help each other with real business challenges.
In this room, you will find people who can help with every phase of a business: starting, growing, scaling, and beyond.

The 411 for the 719 community and Business Connect are relaunching the Business Mastermind on Friday, October 9, 2026, from 12 to 2 PM in the Sunlight Peak Room at Summit 360 Suites.

Here is what we will do together.

Rob Thompson opens with a practical way to think about your business using the OODA Loop. OODA stands for Observe, Orient, Decide, and Act. In everyday terms, it is a way to see what is truly happening in your business, make honest sense of it, choose a direction, and take action.

Then we work through a couple of businesses in real time. Each business owner shares what they are struggling with, and the people in the room respond with ideas drawn from their own experience. Whatever phase your business is in, you will likely recognize the problem being solved.

Would you like the room's help with a challenge of your own? To volunteer for the hot seat, text your name, your business, and the challenge you are facing to 719-237-4579.

If you would rather listen and learn, you are welcome to do that too. Come ready to think differently about your business, and leave with a clearer picture of your next step.
