How the hour works

  • 11:50: Doors open. Check in and grab a seat.
  • 12:00: Welcome and quick introductions.
  • 12:10: The strategy. We walk through the session's playbook with real examples.
  • 12:35: Working time. You apply it to your own business, and we help each person one-on-one.
  • 12:50: Questions, next steps, and your take-home checklist.
  • 1:00: Wrap. We end on time so you can get back to your day.

What to bring

  • Your lunch. Lunch isn't included in your $49 seat, so grab something on the way in and eat while we talk.
  • A laptop or tablet, so you can work on your own plan during the session.
  • Logins for the channels you use, such as your website, Google Business Profile, social media, and email platform.
  • A few numbers if you have them: last year's holiday sales, your email list size, and what you plan to spend on marketing this season.
  • Session extras:
  • Nov. 10: photos of your storefront or best products, and any Small Business Saturday offer you're considering.
  • Nov. 12: one or two causes or community partners that matter to your business.
  • Nov. 17: your promotion calendar or the dates you plan to run sales.
  • Nov. 24: any Q4 results you have so far and your goals for next year.

How to find us

  • The Healey Building takes up the whole block bounded by Forsyth, Walton, and Broad Streets and Poplar Street. It sits across from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit.
  • Please use the Broad Street or Poplar Street entrances only. Once inside, go downstairs to the Market Level, where Tuesday Talk is held.

By MARTA

  • The building is between the Peachtree Center and Five Points stations. Peachtree Center is about a 4-minute walk.
  • From Peachtree Center station, take the library exit and turn right. The building will be on your left. Walk to the Poplar Street side of the building to enter.

By Atlanta Streetcar

  • The Streetcar connects to MARTA trains at Peachtree Center station.
  • Ride to the Woodruff Park stop, which serves the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals across the street from us. From there, walk to the Poplar Street entrance.

By car

  • Our preferred parking is valet at 34 Broad Street for $5 an hour. It's the easiest way to park close by. The valet takes cards only, so please don't plan on paying with cash.
  • The building has no parking of its own. If you'd rather park on the street, metered spaces are nearby, and the ParkMobile app makes paying easy.
  • Give yourself an extra 10 minutes to park and walk over.

By rideshare

  • Uber and Lyft both serve downtown. Set your drop-off to the Poplar Street side of the Healey Building, not the Forsyth Street front.
  • In Atlanta, you book Waymo driverless rides through the Uber app, and the service area includes Downtown.
  • To boost your chance of getting a Waymo, open Uber, go to Account, then Settings, then Ride Preferences, then Autonomous Vehicles, and turn the Waymo setting on. Then request an UberX or Uber Comfort ride. A Waymo match isn't guaranteed every time.

Checking in

  • When you arrive on the Market Level, please have your payment confirmation ready to show at check-in. Your phone is fine. That's the receipt emailed to you when you reserved your seat.
  • If you can't find it, give us the name you used to reserve, and we'll look you up.

Seating is limited, so if your plans change, please let me know, and we'll offer your seat to someone on the waitlist. Questions? Call (602) 722-8322.
