Join Us as we gather to connect-with ourselves, with the turning of the season, and with each other. Co-hosted with Prima Yawa, this three hour ceremony is an invitation to pause, reflect, and celebrate the harvest of what you have planted this year-the intentions, the growth, the lessons.

This experience is open to all adults, whether you're new to this kind of work or have walked this path for years.

Journaling prompts
Tea ceremony
Full Shamanic sound journey and meditation
