MCRH is a community dedicated to applying mindfulness principles to everyday life. We are committed to deepening understanding through practice, understanding the dharma and Buddhist traditions* that provide the foundation of modern mindfulness practice, and forging connections with others who are dedicated to practicing mindfulness.
The members of MCHR are adults of all ages and backgrounds -- all are welcome.

While there is no cost for participating, we ask all attendees to consider making a small donation, or dana, as you are able, to support the group by helping defray expenses.
Most choose to meditate in chairs, which are provided. Others prefer to bring their own cushion or sit on the floor. We encourage you to practice in the manner that is most comfortable to you.
*MCRH is a secular group. Participants from all traditions are welcome.
