Evansville Disagree Better: The Art of Conversation

We are hosting an upcoming gathering called Evansville Disagree Better: The Art of Conversation. This session is designed for anyone in our community who is tired of the shouting matches that seem to define so much of our modern talk. We want to create a space where we can practice how to hold different opinions without losing sight of our shared humanity. Whether you are frustrated by political polarization or just want to get better at listening to people you don't agree with, you will find a welcoming environment here.

The format is simple. We will spend our time together working through a few guided exercises that focus on active listening and asking open-ended questions. It is not about winning an argument or convincing someone else to change their mind; it is about learning how to stay curious when things get uncomfortable.
