I invite you to a special day in nature, a revitalizing gathering for connection and self-exploration.

(The hike is short, easy and under the shadow of beautiful trees)

Together, we’ll reflect on the importance of intention and how it is cultivated through the physical effort we dedicate as we walk through the mountain. Then we’ll continue with an empowering practice, and with the help of the magical landscape around us, we’ll start planting within us all the feelings and qualities we wish to embody in daily life.

This gathering also serves as an introductory space to experience my work, for anyone who wants to explore the deeper paths of Shamanism and spirituality, and connect with open-hearted, like-minded people walking their own journey of self-growth.

This Sunday's Mountain Excursion is Dedicated to Fathers Day, but weather you are a father or not this is for you!

The spirit of fatherhood as every other spirit lives in each and everyone of us, and it is one of the most hurt and misunderstood parts of life. Often connected with being strict, definite and unbending. Not showing weakness or being overcome by emotion.

True leaders and good father figures know how to be vulnerable and show how a strong person goes through all the motions but still finds a way to be true to themselves. They teach sincerity and responsibility.
If you, too want to start a journey of healing this wounded part of you join a circle of soul searchers while we figure it out together!

Together we’ll explore intention, reflect in silence, and support each other in a powerful circle of soul searchers ready to reconnect with this sacred archetype.
