Welcome to the Rotterdam Forest Bathing Club! Trees, fresh air, good company and a cup of hot tea: that’s our kind of afternoon.
We explore Rotterdam’s greener corners through the seasons, from autumn leaves and old willows in De Esch to winter woods and the first signs of spring in Kralingse Bos.
Forest bathing means taking time to enjoy nature with your senses. We wander slowly, listen to birds, notice light moving through the branches and follow simple invitations from a guide. There’s time to explore on your own and time to share what you’ve noticed. We finish with tea, something tasty and a chat.
A guided forest bathing session usually costs around €50. In this group, we mainly share special offers and free forest bathing events. Each event listing clearly states the price and any booking conditions.
It’s a lovely way to spend time outdoors, meet people and discover how much nature there is right here in Rotterdam. Every season brings something different.
Our outings are mainly in English. Dutch speakers are welcome too and you don’t need any previous experience. Just bring your curiosity and clothes for the weather.
