This group is dedicated to IDENTITY RESTORATION, From survival to SOVERIGNTY. Ours is to hold safe , Sacred spaces , Non Judgmental and Non medical , Through Conversations , Connections , Community and Commitment .
Ours include Self-reflection experiences, workshops, guided conversations, and resources designed to support women as they explore self-worth, self-trust, self-respect, boundaries, voice, identity and personal sovereignty.
I do not position myself as someone who has come to “fix” a woman. I walk alongside her and I believe no woman must walk this path alone.
My work is grounded in four pillars: Conversations, Connection, Community, and Commitment as well as A LIVED EXPERIENCE , of 4 decades.
At the heart of my work is a simple belief: Sovereignty Is Balance.
My signature message is:
“You do not need permission to take your power back. JUST TAKE IT!!!”
My mission is to create meaningful experiences that help women remember who they are, restore what has been disrupted, reclaim what belongs to them, and move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and choice.
