We’re excited to introduce Transformative Tuesday, a weekly 30-minute meditation designed to cultivate peace, presence, and connection. Each session includes a brief

gratitude practice, a Metta (loving-kindness) meditation to nurture compassion and

goodwill, followed by twenty minutes of silent reflection.

Led by CSL Practitioner Elizabeth Jade and Marti Hunter, Transformative Tuesday offers a sacred pause—a time to reflect, recharge, and unite in spiritual practice.
