Every Saturday 7:30 am @ Subang PARC, Calisthenics Park
We do calisthenics every week and other sports occasionally!

Wanted to start working out, but think that first step is hard?
Learn from the community of "We all start somewhere"
Absolutely beginner-friendly and progress is promised
—We build strength and good vibes here!

Schedule
⛅️ 7:30 AM — Say Hi & warm up
🎤 7:35 AM — Workout Explanation / Demonstration / Safety Precautions
🏃‍➡️ 8:00 AM — Actually DOING IT!
🍖 8:30 AM or later — Hanging out to push harder & MAKAN time

🩳 Dress code: Sport Attire that you're comfortable with!
👜 Bring Along:

  • Yoga mat
  • Resistance Band (no stress if not)
  • Hydration
  • Mosquitoes Repellent
  • A friend if you enjoy

✅ No experience needed (We started with 0 too..)
✅ Coaches with 5+ years of Calisthenics
✅ Opens to locals, expats, and travelers
Prepared to sweat and see your muscle growing! (might need a change of shirt size soon....)
