Hi,
I’m hoping to find someone who is interested in an Italian language exchange. I’ve been trying to learn it for about a year now, and I’m probably at A2-B1 level, but I need to have more real life speaking and listening practice in order to progress.
It would be nice to find someone who would like commit to regular practice.
Given that my ability is still low, I would prefer to practice with someone who has a higher proficiency in English because I would find it difficult to have my mistakes explained to me in Italian.
I understand that that makes the exchange potentially less useful for the other person, but it might be helpful for someone who wants to study in a British university or work in a job that requires high English fluency, and I can help you refine your English language abilities.
I work as a study skills tutor for university students, so I am familiar with guiding students through the high level English language requirements of degree essays, and this is something we could focus on if it would be helpful for you.
