At the start of the event, participants choose their tables through a random draw. Each round lasts 10 minutes, after which participants rotate to the next table following a clear and simple system. Carefully prepared ice breakers support every round, helping conversations start easily and flow naturally throughout the event.
Table sizes may vary depending on participation and the entire event is fully guided and moderated to ensure a smooth, comfortable and safe experience.
