Join us for a heart-centered gathering in nature as we celebrate this sacred time of love and connection, explore self-expression, and uncover what’s holding us back from being our most unapologetic selves
This circle is open to everyone—anyone who feels called to explore love in its many forms and reconnect with their most authentic self.

Together, we’ll reflect on what may be holding us back from full self-expression—and gently invite more freedom, creativity, and courage into our lives.
This is a space to slow down, reflect, and express yourself authentically—whether you're curious, new to circles, or on your personal growth journey.

🌀 What to Expect:

• Heartfelt sharing with guided reflection
• A soulful creative activity (no artistic skill needed!)
• A simple yet powerful ritual release practice to give over what no longer serves us

📍 Location:
Monsanto Forest
(Accessible by public transport & with plenty of nature to support our journey)

🧺 What to Bring:

• A yoga mat or blanket (we’ll have a few extras, but if you can, bring your own)
• Water, and anything else you need to feel comfortable for about 2 hours outdoors

This gathering is donation-based, making it accessible to all, regardless of financial circumstances. If you feel called to contribute, your donation will help sustain and support future circles.

We may take a few photos during the event to capture the atmosphere and share the experience with others. If you’re not comfortable being photographed, please let me know at the beginning of the gathering. Your comfort and privacy are always respected.

My name is Lucie Bendová, and I am a certified Somatic Coach (with ICF-accredited training) with a degree in Psychology. I specialize in coaching individuals on personal and professional growth while also working in crisis intervention. My passion lies in creating spaces for connection, self-exploration, and healing.
