This is a workshop on effortlessness and how to be yourself in every situation.

The Alexander Technique is a practical way of learning how to come back to yourself – out of habit, tension and distraction, and into the immediacy of the present moment.

Issues it can help with include: feeling stuck, social anxiety, overthinking, body tension, and performance difficulties.

This hands-on workshop involves work with the teacher, running experiments, and learning awareness techniques. In this class, we're exploring what it is like to be you without the layers of should-do’s and have-to-be’s.

Location: South Bank Alexander Technique Centre, LONDON
Cost: £50 per person. Payment is collected at the end of the class, by cash or card.

TEACHERS
