Every year it’s the same story, you make your plan, your list of goals and ambitions for the new year. You gear up, buy that gym membership get the particular work out clothing as well, and pumped up to get that new you; after all, this is your year! Two months later, your goal is forgotten passed on the wayside. You go from feeling excited about going to the gym to thinking, “God, I don’t want to go to the gym,” and soon that goal and passion you felt for improving yourself falls to the wayside.
