ABOUT: The Lenatus Club is designed for active and engaging people who are residing, visiting or just love Thailand culture. We regularly host events such as Japanese power walking, ice-bath wellness sessions & badminton meetups, everyone is welcome to come along and meet other like minded people. We pin the location of each event to make it easy for you to find but please contact us if you need assistance.
COST: Everyone is FREE to join in the events and you do not have to be a member. If there is a venue or activity cost we will clearly state it but we do not profit from any event. If you enjoy the group, most activities are complimentary for members, please consider joining, from $5 a week.

morning meetup in the park - chill and coffee
Benchakitti Park สวนเบญจกิติ, Bangkok, THHey everyone!
Enjoy a morning power walk in Benchakitti Park. Come and make new friends and do a great work-out suitable for everyone!Running can be a little overwhelming and a bit daunting if you are just starting out so the simple research backed method developed in Japan delivers awesome health benefits and metabolic health in less time than regular walking. Japanese power walking alternates between a fast pace then a recovery pace to give you great cardiovascular fitness. More info about Japanese power walking here
Our typical session is alternate 3 minute fast and 3 minute normal pace for around 3km’s then a coffee and chill out afterwards.For Lenatus Club members, coffee from Arabica Bangkok is complimentary.
