About This Scavenger Hunt (Newark, NJ)

Newark is one of the nation's largest air, shipping, and rail hubs, bot those who take the time to explore New Jersey's largest city are in for a treat. On this scavenger hunt of Newark, we explore a wealth of turn of the centuray sights: the storied buildings, tranquil parks, and one of America's most ambitious sculptures. Along the way, you'll meet a "gutzy" artist, skyhigh architect and two US presidents!

What you need to know about this meetup!

• This is an outdoor adventure game that involves solving puzzles and clues on a mobile device.
• You will need a mobile device that is data enabled.
• You will need to dowload a FREE APP (Let's Roam!). More than one person can play on the same app. If you would like to use more than one app, you will need to RSVP for all the devices under different names. There is a maximum of 6 devices aloud per scavenger hunt.
• A code to join the hunt will be provided the day of the hunt either by message on Meetup or you can scan a QR code when we meet up. Please make sure you do not download more than one time, unless you requested it. That is
• There will be a lot of walking involved, so please bring comfortable shoes! Course length is about 3.5 miles. This can take approximately 2.5 hours. Of course, we will take breaks if needed.
• We will start the hunt approximately 10 minutes after meetup time. If you are running late, kindly message me through the app. We can wait for you, but not for long!
