Start Point: Within 200m of Public Square Park, Public Square (game is self-started and self-guided)

Start Time: Any time from 9am (you must finish by 5pm to be entered into prize draws). Some events will start from 8am, this will be shown on your game card

Game Name: Beauty and the Beast

Game Type: Self-guided, just start the app, log in to the game and set off

Fancy Dress Theme: Beauty and the Beast (fairytale characters)

Game creation: All team players need to download the app, create an account and verify it. Team leader(s) will need to enter the voucher code in the use a code section in the app. Team members can then use join team to scan their QR code from the team leader(s) device under add team members.

Please note that team creation will open 24 hours prior to your event. If you sign up before creating your team, a countdown will appear on your game card. |

Because of your generous DONATION, this event is FREE to members.

• The game can only be downloaded onto 6 devices per ticket. If need be, I will order more tickets if my waitlist overflows; however, there is no guarantee that any will be left when I try to purchase.

*You will be required to download a free app (Cluedup GeoGames).

• A team code will be sent to me the night before we meet up. I will send a message through meet up, which will go to your email, with the team code.
• The device would have to be data enabled (no wifi or bluetooth), as we will be roaming the city looking for clues.
• Be sure you only download it once on your device. So, if you plan on playing on more than one device, sign up for more than one person on meetup, otherwise you may take someone else's place, which is not fair! The whole family/group could play on one phone if you want!
• Each device would be considered a teammate and may have different quests to complete to add to the team total, so if you download and add to the team you MUST play in order for the team to finish!
• Dressing up as Characters from Beauty & the Beast is recommended, but not required!
