What we’re about
Liberā is a brand new community providing a safe and empowering space for those who are autistic, ADHD, or otherwise neurodivergent to connect, share, and thrive.
Our aim is to create a supportive environment where you can meet like-minded people and build lasting connections without the pressure to “mask” or conform.
The general focus will be on wellbeing/holistic practices such as sharing circles, breathwork, forest bathing, somatic movement and more - but we will also enjoy lighter gatherings such as craft workshops, coffee socials and bookclubs.
We welcome everyone of all ages (18+), genders and backgrounds who want to:
- Share experiences and challenges unique to neurodivergent life
- Connect with people who truly understand
- Explore self-expression, personal growth, and wellbeing
- Take part in social meetups, discussions, and low-pressure activities

About the organiser:
I’m Chi, a neurodivergent woman passionate about creating spaces where people can share openly and be their authentic selves without judgment. I believe in the power of community and genuine connection - which is why I started Liberā as a way to bring like-minded people together in a calm, understanding environment.

Liberā: A community Circle for Neurodivergent WomenCome join me for an evening circle in London N4 (exact location emailed after booking), created specifically for neurodivergent women looking for a calm, honest space to connect, reflect, and just exist without pressure. Whether you’re formally diagnosed, self-identified, or just feel like you don’t quite fit the mould, this space is for you.
Together we’ll gather in a calm, welcoming setting, using a simple sharing format that allows everyone to speak (or simply listen) without judgment or pressure. We’ll start with gentle breathwork to help us calm our nervous system, then move into a sharing circle, and finish with light journalling and reflection.
A talking stone will be passed around so everyone has the opportunity to speak, while the rest of the group listens in silence. Attendees are welcome to share whatever is on their mind - whether it be related to their neurodivergence or not. There will be open-sharing, as well as prompt conversation topics offered to the group.
You don’t need to be good at socialising or speaking in a group. You don’t have to share if you don’t want to. If you need to step out for a breather at any point, that’s completely fine. There’s no need to explain your quirks, filter your words, or meet any social expectations here - Liberā is about freedom, understanding, and connection.
If you’re curious, open-minded, and craving real, grounded connection in a low-pressure setting, I’d love for you to come.
There will be cushions, gentle lighting and background music, optional tea/snacks, and space to be exactly as you are.

- Neurodivergent (diagnosed, self-identified, or questioning)
