I’m Lisa Simone Brownley, LCSW — therapist, author, and community builder.

My passion for creating meaningful spaces comes from both my professional work and my own life experiences.

My life has included experiences with:

• Childhood sexual abuse
• Family incest
• Witnessing domestic violence
• Growing up as an adult child of an alcoholic
• Being a first-generation individual
• And many other experiences that have shaped how I understand people, relationships, healing, and resilience

These experiences have taught me that we can carry difficult things and still find ways to grow, connect, laugh, love, and move forward.

I created this space because I believe there is something powerful about sharing honestly, listening without judgment, and realizing you’re not the only one figuring life out.
