GUEST SPEAKER: REV. FAYANN SCHMIDT
TOPIC: "MOTHER, OUR COMFORTER"
We're so happy to welcome our very own Rev. Fayann Schmidt back. She is visiting from FL where she takes care of her own mother.
We are the comforter and the comforted. As time and circumstances shift, so do we. The primary purpose of a comforter is to alleviate emotional distress, provide solace and reduce feelings of worry and upset. In a spiritual context, the comforter can be described as a guide and source of strength, helping another to remember who we have come here to be.
You are warmly invited to stay after the service for our Mothers' Day Luncheon and fellowship, and to bring someone who is special to you as your guest. If you're new, we want to welcome you!
If you can't attend in person, follow these links to livestream with us at 10:30 am or watch archived services later:
