This 6-week group experience on confidence & self-esteem will help you explore your self-confidence, facilitated through weekly topics and group processing. Weekly topics include mindfulness, personal growth, challenging the inner critic, self-acceptance, social confidence, relationships, body image, and self-care.
The goal of this group is to guide you towards a deeper understanding of yourself, as well as equip you with tools you can use to keep the personal work going after the 6-week group ends.
