Welcome to our Introduction to Mindfulness Meetup! This group is for anyone interested in learning and practicing mindfulness techniques to improve mental health and overall well-being. Whether you're a beginner looking to learn the basics or someone with experience wanting to deepen your practice, this group is for you. Together, we will explore various mindfulness techniques, including meditation, breathing exercises, mindful movement and maybe even a bit of mindful play (think theatre games) to cultivate a sense of calm and presence in our everyday lives.
