What we’re about
Calling all creative types! Whether you’re a writer, artist, dancer, musician, actor, crafter, or some other kind of art producer, or you’re just someone who loves creative pursuits, this group is for you.
Sponsored by the nonprofit arts organization ECALL (the East Coast Arts and Literature League), this group organizes social outings (meals, happy hours, walks, visits to interesting places, writing groups, book clubs, etc.) to help people make valuable connections with fellow creatives.
We’re thrilled that so many of you have been joining us over this past year. As a small nonprofit, we work hard to support artists and creatives across the East Coast—and maintaining this Meetup group is one way we build that community. To help cover the growing costs of organizing events, starting in July 2025, we’ll be introducing a $1 fee per event for non-ECALL members. For live events, you can pay in person. For virtual events (or anytime!), feel free to donate through the Meetup page or send a digital payment: PayPal (tara@ecallonline.org), Venmo (@Tara-Tomczyk-1), or Zelle (tara@blydynsquarebooks.com).
