Please join Alison & I for our monthly evening of song and sound in Forest Pk Community Centre.
We will sing in circle, a selection of specially chosen mantras accompanied by the guitar & drum. We will have percussion in the centre for you to use if you so wish.
Please note, there is no expectation to join in with the singing, although we’d love you to! We will all have our eyes closed and we encourage you to use the space to allow deeper connection to yourself. Whether that be picking up a rattle and shaking along and/or singing or just absorbing the vibrations, all is welcome 🙏
You will receive a herbal tea to keep you hydrated.
After the singing, we will move into a soothing sound bath using different instruments including gongs & bowls.

This will be a chance to integrate the vibrations from the song and move deeper into relaxation and healing.
