Our conditioning and the stresses of modern life can disconnect us from our hearts. This can lead to us being too attached to the mind and our identity, and therefore out of touch with our emotional world, our truth and our intuition.

Join Monica and Alison, The Berkshire Sound Therapists, for an evening of heart centring. Beginning with a cacao ceremony, we'll take you on a journey designed to quieten the mind and take you into your heart.

Using our experience with sound therapy, qigong and cacao, we'll guide you into a deeper state of consciousness before inviting you to connect with the rest of the group in a safe and supported way. For it's only when we're truly connected to our hearts, that we can connect authentically with others.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
✨ You may want to bring your own notepad and pen for journaling
✨ Yoga mat, pillow, blanket and anything else you may need to be comfortable
✨ Reusable water bottle
✨Crystals for charging
