What we’re about

Join us for meditation, gentle yoga and pranayama (breathing exercises) to find joy, peace, health, compassion and wisdom. Improve your overall health and wellbeing, develop mental focus, discover love and tranquility, and explore the deeper realities of life.

We meet in person and also live stream the meetup. You will find the videos of the live streams on the event pages as well.

If you are joining in person please bring a yoga mat and meditation cushion. Chairs are provided for those unable to sit on the ground.

Instruction will be provided for anyone new to these wonderful arts.
