RISE is an embodied nervous system training program for men who value both strength and self-awareness.
RISE sessions blend breathwork, primal movement, and stillness, all drawn from the ancient wisdom practices of martial arts, breathwork, and meditation — without dogma and anything too esoteric, just what works. Our intention is to help you build a body and mind that are grounded, resilient, and that you can trust under pressure.
- R — Regulate Calm your body’s stress response and return to a grounded state of balance and presence.
- I — Integrate Bring breath, body, and emotion into alignment to dissolve old limitations and become more adaptable in any moment.
- S — Strengthen Build the capacity to hold more sensation, power, and responsibility—without shutting down or spinning out.
- E — Embody Step fully into the grounded, alive, and aligned version of YOU that your life, your relationships, and the world are calling for.
This is a place for men to train together, to do life differently. We call it our “life Dojo”
