International Yoga Day – A Morning of Movement, Mantra & Softness 🌿

On Saturday 21st June, join us for a special 1.5-hour co-creation in honor of International Yoga Day—a morning of sensitive, steady, spontaneous, and silent practice under the open sky.

✨ Lizzy will guide you through a gentle Vinyasa Flow woven with mantra chanting, opening the body and voice in a joyful, heartful way.
✨ Alegria Bianca will lead a somatic warm-up and soft play session, grounding us in sensation, presence, and spontaneous connection.
This class is an invitation to move slowly, breathe deeply, and listen closely—to your body, to nature, and to each other.

Terms & Conditions
- Cancellations must be made at least 3 hours before the class. Late cancellations will be charged as if you attended the class.
- Sign up in advance via Meetup or by sending me a message directly.
- Classes may be canceled if fewer than 3 people are signed up. In this case, I’ll notify those who registered at least 3 hours before the class.
- Please arrive on time or send me a message if you're late.
- 5-class packs are valid for 3 months
- 10-class packs are valid for 6 months
- If I need to cancel a class due to holidays or rain, your pack validity will be extended accordingly.

Lizzy is a passionate yoga practitioner and teacher, eager to share the magic of yoga in ways that are heart-centered and healing. Her approach blends dynamic flow with introspective awareness, creating space for transformation through movement and sound. In this session, she’ll guide you with clarity and joy through a gentle Vinyasa practice infused with mantra, inviting you to open your body and connect with your inner rhythm.

Alegria is a body-based facilitator weaving together yogic therapy, somatic practices, and conscious movement. Rooted in presence and poetic embodiment, her work invites slowness, play, and authentic connection. In this session, she’ll lead a somatic warm-up and soft movement exploration, gently opening pathways for listening, spontaneity, and shared stillness.
My classes are dynamic and suitable for all levels. Besides movement, we practice meditation, breathing and yoga philosophy.

Are you looking for a moment to be outside, connecting with your body, mind and soul? In my outdoor yoga classes we combine movement with breath, flowing from one pose into another. Through conscious movement we can improve the relationship we have with our body, calm the mind and connect with deeper layers of our inner self. Working on this connection helps us become more compassionate, happy beings.

If it's not possible for you to pay the regular prices due to unemployment or other reasons, please come talk to me and I will make a discount.

For students with a pack that don't own a mat, I can provide a mat to borrow for as long as you're practicing with me. This is free of charge.
