Are you looking for a moment to be outside, connecting with your body, mind and soul? In my vinyasa yoga classes we combine movement with breath, flowing from one pose into another. Through conscious movement we can improve the relationship we have with our body, calm the mind and connect with deeper layers of our inner self. Working on this connection helps us become more compassionate, happy beings.

My classes are dynamic and suitable for all levels. Besides movement, we practice meditation, breathing and yoga philosophy.

Please bring your own mat. If you need to rent a mat, let me know in advance so I can bring it for you :)

MEETING POINT
We always practice in the grass nearby the main entrance, so nearby the gate that's next to Estación de Francia and the zoo.

PRICES
Group sessions - Outdoors & Indoors
• Trial Class: €5 (Only for Barcelona residents)
• One class: €10
• Pack 5 classes: €45 (Valid for 3 months)
• Pack 10 classes: €80 (Valid for 6 months)
• Mat rental: €3

Payment in cash

Private One-to-One Sessions:
• One class: €45
• Pack 5 classes: €200

If it's not possible for you to pay the regular prices due to unemployment or other reasons, please come talk to me and I will make a discount.

For students with a pack that don't own a mat, I can provide a mat to borrow for as long as you're practicing with me. This is free of charge.

Terms & Conditions
- Cancellations must be made at least 3 hours before the class. Late cancellations will be charged as if you attended the class.
- Sign up in advance via Meetup or by sending me a message directly.
- Classes may be canceled if fewer than 3 people are signed up. In this case, I’ll notify those who registered at least 3 hours before the class.
- Please arrive on time or send me a message if you're late.
- 5-class packs are valid for 3 months
- 10-class packs are valid for 6 months
- If I need to cancel a class due to holidays or rain, your pack validity will be extended accordingly.
