Learn how to manage your anxiety and talk to those who are experiencing similar events because we are here to remind you that you are not alone. Wilmington Mental Health is offering an anxiety group to help you and other learn how anxiety can be triggering, how to navigate your anxiety, and how to reward yourself.
Join us and others this Thursday to introduce yourself to the group and learn new skills to manage your anxiety. We want you to be heard, listened to, and understood by our counselors and others.
