The emphasis of this session is on listening, not acting. Through gentle grounding, quiet reflection, and guided journaling, you’ll have space to notice how your inner voice shows up and what it may be asking for now.

This is a facilitator led, intentionally quiet experience. You will be guided step by step, with time to journal privately and reflect at your own pace.

We will journal together

Journaling is a core part of this session. Prompts are designed to help you explore how your inner voice communicates, when you may have stopped trusting it, and what feels ready to be acknowledged. There is no sharing required.
