Most women don’t struggle with boundaries because they don’t know how to say no. They struggle because they have not defined what is no longer acceptable. Without a clear internal standard, boundaries become inconsistent, delayed, or dependent on how others respond.

This is not about memorizing scripts. This is about understanding how boundaries actually work and beginning to build yours.
