What we’re about
The Marietta Bible Study is for anyone and everyone who simply loves the Bible and wants to learn more about it, and for those who have a curiousity about the Bible or questions they would like answered.
The group is open to all, regardless of religious beliefs/affiliations, and there is no such thing as a dumb question to us. The study is led in an informal style by Christians with many years of church leadership and experience as Bible teachers.
Each study will focus on a certain topic, and will be led by an instructor for about an hour which includes time set aside for Q&A. The study leaders believe that the Bible is humanity's only source of authority for understanding God's will and it is used as such during these studies. We further believe that the Bible holds the answers to all of life's most important questions including: how did we get here? what is our purpose in life? what is the best way to live to have an abundant life? where are we going?
