Allyship for IWD

Men Championing Change is coming together with Women Who Code Melbourne to host a panel event at Culture Amp about allyship.

In recognition of IWD, we'd like to explore allyship, which is a way for people to support others who are part of a marginalised group, whatever that may be.

How allyship manifests and what it involves varies, as there are many differences between all of us.
Done right, it is a way to help and to be helped. What's not to love?

During our panel discussion, we'll delve a little deeper into what allyship is about before opening the floor to questions.
