Your muscles respond by lengthening and get stronger. the addition of bands increases upper body works and introduces similar exercises that are perform in Reformer Pilates with incredible result
Este contemporáneo barre work out incorpora la fisicalidad y la gracia de la danza y diferentes aspectos de los asanas de yoga para establecer alineamiento y estirar tu cuerpo. Ritmo y la fluidez son fundamentales, y la barra se una para apoyar empujar y tirar fortaleciendo y estirando el cuerpo. Tu cuerpo se sentirá mas liviano , fuerte, delgado y obtendrás los beneficios de el trabajo cardio vascular también.
En este programa los músculos responden estirandose al tiempo que se fortalecen ya que la utilización de bandas trabaja la parte de arriba del cuerpo introduciendo ejercicios parecidos a los que se utiliza en las maquinas de Reformer Pilates con resultados sorprendentes.

Sobre la clase:
Ballet Fit / Dynamic Barre combina la gracia de la danza con la potencia del yoga, utilizando la barra como herramienta para fortalecer, flexibilizar y mejorar la resistencia. Movimientos rítmicos y fluidos te harán sentir más ligero/a y equilibrado/a. Finalizaremos con yoga en el suelo para relajar profundamente mente y cuerpo.
No necesitas experiencia previa en ballet o yoga —¡adaptaré los ejercicios a tu nivel!

This wonderful and creative class is for those interested in an effective cardio, strengthening, and restorative session. We will start by warming up and practicing barre and yoga at Plaza Rosa de los Vientos, which offers a wonderful view of the sea, and then we will finish by practicing yoga closer to the sea to relax your mind and body. You will feel the summer in your heart and a smile on your face!
About my Ballet Fit / Dynamic Barre class:
This contemporary workout incorporates the physicality and grace of dance, combining different aspects of yoga asanas to establish alignment and stretching in your body. Rhythm and flow are fundamental, and the barre is used as a prop to strengthen and stretch the body. You will feel lighter, stronger, leaner, and you will also gain cardiovascular endurance. Your muscles will respond to stretching and strengthening. We will finish the session by practicing meditation on the floor to relax your mind and body, so you will feel wonderful!
No experience in ballet is necessary to join this class, I will adapt the exercises to your level and needs!
The class costs 12 euros. Please bring your mat or towell

Tus músculos responderán al estirarse y fortalecerse. ¡Terminaremos la sesión con una meditatcion en el suelo para relajar mente y cuerpo, así que te sentirás maravilloso/a!
No es necesario tener experiencia en ballet para unirte a esta clase, ¡adaptaré los ejercicios a tu nivel y necesidades!
