You are all welcome to join us in our free meditation classes. Come along and experience inner peace, joy, balance and mental, physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. The classes are for all ages, all levels of experience and new people can join in at any time. We run the classes like a course, taking about 6 weeks to learn the fundamentals. We will teach simple techniques of getting into meditation, how to balance yourself, how to clear the energy centres, awaken the mother kundalini energy and be in touch with the spirit within. You will learn about the founder of Sahaja Yoga, Shri Mataji. It's a most simple, enjoyable and quality time you can have with yourself and like minded people. The classes are run by friendly experienced meditators who would love to share their enjoyment of meditation with you! Come along!
