Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant Happy Hour and Appetizer

Hello wine tasters and entertaining dinners and conversation lovers.
This event is at the SAINT PETERS location.
WE ARE NOW OPEN FOR RSVP TWO DAYS AFTER WE PUBLISH. We are trying to make it possible for Fun Seeker members to attend who have not been able to attend these very popular events. Usually, it fills up in less than 24 hours.

(We are now requiring a more than 48-hour cancellation.) This is a popular event, and has been each month for almost 2 years. It is a way for groups of people to spend time together over a drink and over dinner. So we are expecting the following: At least 2 full days prior to the event (Sunday June 22nd 12:00 noon) check your status.

• If you are on the "Going" list and not going, move yourself to "Not Going."
• If you are on the "Waitlist" and not going, remove yourself from the waitlist and move to "Not Going."
  We have had too many people on the Waitlist who decide not to go well before the event, but don't update their status. Because it is a popular event, when some people (repeatedly) cancel at the last minute (including if one is on the waitlist) those on the waitlist may have already made plans. If you have made other plans, move yourself to "Not Going" and that INCLUDES those on the Waitlist. Failure to do so in a timely manner will mean you likely will be suspended from the next Cooper's Hawk event if you indeed sign up.

So, cancel as soon as you find out. This gives people on the waitlist an opportunity to attend. Be respectful for your fellow Fun Seeker members and the hosts arranging tables for our attendees.)

Reminder: The Cooper's Hawk events are for Fun Seeker members only. We will set the original limit to 16, and we will add up to 4 people who have never attended, then we will fill remaining slots per the waitlist. If you want to bring a plus 1, please have that person join Fun Seekers and then he or she can sign up for the event. Otherwise, they will not be sitting with us. From now on, our Cooper's Hawk event will be posted only on Fun Seekers of Saint Louis.
A reminder, if you signed up in the past, and canceled less than 24 hours prior to the event, OR did not show up, you will be moved to the "Waitlist." (This does NOT apply to people ADDED from the "Waitlist" at the last moment or the day of the event). This will be in effect for 2 scheduled events.
This event is at Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant in Saint Peters. Location near Hwy 70 and Mid Rivers Mall drive (just north of Hwy 70.
At the Famous Wine Tasting Bar will have wine tasting.
After our wine tasting, we will be seated for some award-winning classic appetizers.
Attendees will select from their memberships a bottle of wine to be provided and shared at our tables. This is a classic place with classic appetizers and food. It has been a lot of fun and good conversation to meet new and old friends.
We will be split up between several tables. Perhaps white wine and red wine drinkers will each sit together.
PLEASE NOTE As a Meetup Group, we require all who attend to leave a 15% tip at this location on any purchases. Cooper’s Hawk and all the employees have been very gracious to having us and service we receive has always been above the norm. We continue to be welcome back as a group, month after month with open arms.
The tastings at the tasting bar are now $12 for 8 tasting which two members can split and we are not obligated to leave a tip.
We are usually at the wine bar for about an hour before moving to the dining room. Some of us get there a little early to scout out a place at the bar as it sometimes gets crowded. We will try to have dinner by 7:30, but at times the kitchen is backed up. IF YOU ARE GOING TO HAVE A PROBLEM NOT BEING ABLE TO EAT BY A CERTAIN TIME, this event may not be for you. In other words, don't complain about dinner being too late for you.
