Julian has led Compliance teams for GE Money, Aldermore Bank and Car Finance 247 and relocated to Manchester in 2016. He is a firm advocate that a Compliance team should understand the business needs and challenges to promote good culture and develop strong relationships that continuously evidence value add.

Sarah has worked for PwC for 18 years and leads their North Financial Services Risk and Regulation team.
