Perrin Joel
Perrin is a Consultant at Broadgate Search and works within the Interim Accountancy & Finance market on roles that are project based, largely within businesses going through rapid growth or transformation and change. This has developed into specialising in Programmes within Insurance, most recently IFRS17 roles including Accountants, Business Analysts, PMOs and Actuaries.

Rahul Verma
Rahul is an experienced risk professional with an academic background in multiple disciplines including Actuarial Science, Investments, Finance and Applied Mathematics. Currently he is leading the IFRS17 methodology development for one of the largest UK based DB pension scheme consolidators and annuity providers, JUST Group PLC.

Martin Watson
Martin Watson has been involved in finance software projects for over 20 years and CCH Tagetik works with Insurance companies worldwide to provide a faster close, more forward looking-planning and to meet their regulatory compliance. Martin’s team have delivered high profile solutions across IFRS16, Solvency II, IFRS17 and wider transformation projects and it’s his experience with IFRS17 and associated finance transformation that he will be discussing with the other panellists and also answering any software-related questions.

Suzanne McCulloch
Suzanne is a finance professional (FCCA) specialising in the management and delivery of Finance transformation and Regulatory Programmes (IFRS 17 & 9) within Financial Services sector clients. Suzanne is soon to complete the IFRS17 Programme at Aegon where she started in August 2018. At Aegon Suzanne has implemented accounting rules engine/sub-ledger with refurbishment to the consolidation toolset to ensure IFRS17 and 9 compliance and convergence with Solvency II.

Pranab Ghosh
Pranab is an entrepreneurial business change professional with a multitude of experience working for Tier 1 Financial Services & Big 4 Consultancies across Programme Delivery, Business Change, Architecture and Capability building. Pranab worked alongside Justin where he lead the creation of a strategy, roadmap and operational response to the IFRS17 regulatory changes for the Accounting, Finance and Actuarial divisions through a multi-vendor programme.

Justin Ryan
Justin is a Programme Manager who has been successfully delivering change in Finance teams for over twenty years. Justin is a Fellow of the Australian & New Zealand Chartered Accountants Institute (CA ANZ) & certified Practitioner in Agile Change, PRINCE 2 & Managing Successful Programmes. Justin has spent the past two years mobilising & leading an IFRS 17 programme for a Lloyds Market Insurer.
