We’re starting something new at Black Cat LES.

The Lower East Side is such a cool, lively neighborhood that we started wondering: what would happen if we got a regular board game afternoon going here? 🎲♟️

Would it spice up life in the LES a little?
Would more people come out of their apartments on a Sunday?
Would strangers become friends over Codenames, Uno, Monopoly, or a game nobody quite remembers the rules to? 😂
Could this become the thing you do on Sundays?

There’s only one way to find out. 💛

🎲 Come play board games, meet people, and spend a lazy Sunday afternoon with us at Black Cat LES.

Come alone! In fact, most people at Bunch events do. We’ll get everyone playing together, so you don't need to know anyone before you arrive.

♟️ Bring a favorite game if you have one.
🎴 Or just show up and jump into whatever everyone else is playing.
☕ Grab a coffee, drink, or bite while you're there.
👋 Stay for one game or hang out all afternoon.

No board game expertise required. Being aggressively competitive is also completely optional. 😇

💛 The bigger experiment

We want to see if we can build something regular in the Lower East Side, not by putting on giant events, but simply by giving people an easy reason to come out and spend time together.
If enough people want this, we'll keep doing it.
And maybe Sunday afternoons in the LES get a little more social. 🎲🐈‍⬛✨
