Women's circle: slow down & reconnect with your soul 🦋 (safe place)

When I moved in Paris few months ago I got aspired in this infernal circle: transportation, work, no real connection, no support... I was feeling very down and sad. At first, I didn't know how to cope with that and looked for women circles but didn't find any.. 💌

So I created a cocoon for myself made of self-care, spirituality, meditation, yoga, breath work... 🌸

I would like to invite you to do so. To learn to slow down and finding peace in this city which can quickly tiring your soul. 🦋
