8.30am-Welcome participants reception
9am-Breakfast
10.30am-Golf Clinic and Mini games
12.30pm-Tee off
5.30pm-Golfers finish round and submit scorecards
6.30pm-Head for gala dinner
9pm end of event and home sweet home
