Join us for an introductory outdoor kettlebell session in the park! Get ready to challenge your flexibility and stamina as we incorporate dynamic kettlebell exercises into an invigorating 20-minute workout. Whether you're a seasoned kettlebell enthusiast or a beginner looking to try something new, we will guide you through proper form and technique... and get you started on a lifetime of fitness. The fresh air and natural surroundings will add an extra element of energy to our session, making it a fun and effective way to break a sweat. Kettlebell training is a great way to add another dimension to a total fitness regimen - add a walk or run around the park before or after for a complete experience! Kettlebell training is suitable for most ages, as the various forms can be adapted to each situation. To get started, bring your own kettlebell (a free weight can also be used to get started). Also, bring an old bath-sized towel, as we may do some groundwork.
