🍂🌿 Märkische Schweiz– LAKE SCHERMÜTZEL & WEISSER SEE

Let’s get out of Berlin and explore another beautiful part of Brandenburg! 🌿
This time we’re heading to Buckow in Märkische Schweiz and exploring the area around Lake Schermützel and Weißer See.
🚆 GETTING THERE
We’ll take the RB26 (5159) towards Kostrzyn from Berlin-Lichtenberg.
🕘 09:38 AM – Berlin-Lichtenberg
🕙 10:13 AM – Müncheberg (Mark)
From Müncheberg, we’ll continue by bus:
🚌 10:30 AM – Bus 928
📍 Müncheberg Bahnhof
🕙 10:45 AM – Markt, Buckow (Märkische Schweiz)
🥾 THE WALK
From Buckow, we’ll start our walk and make our way around Lake Schermützel / Weißer See.
⏱️ Around 2–2.5 hours to walk around the lake.
It’s a relaxed walk rather than a sporty hike we’ll take our time, enjoy the nature and have some good conversations along the way. 🍂🌿
☕ COFFEE BREAK
After the walk, we’ll stop somewhere in Buckow for a coffee and relax for a bit before heading back to Berlin.
🚆 RETURN TO BERLIN
We’ll then take the bus back to Müncheberg and continue with the RB26 to Berlin-Lichtenberg.
There are two options:
13:15 – 14:24
Markt, Buckow → Berlin-Lichtenberg
or
14:15 – 15:24
Markt, Buckow → Berlin-Lichtenberg
