Welcome to Coffee House Social Vienna!
This group is for anyone in their 20s, 30s and 40s who wants to build real friendships in Vienna through small, in-person meetups like brunches and coffee chats in a relaxed, low-pressure setting.
Vienna is famous for its café culture, and we make the most of it by meeting in cozy coffee houses and brunch spots across the city. Whether you’ve just moved here or have lived here for years and want to expand your circle, this is a simple way to meet new people without the overwhelm of large events.
How it works:
We host small gatherings of 4–6 people where you meet over coffee or brunch. Each meetup is intentionally kept small so conversations flow naturally and everyone gets a chance to connect. It’s about community, not just events — many members stay in touch after their first meetup and meet again.
We use Groupvibe to coordinate each meetup and manage sign-ups. Groupvibe is a platform designed to help people connect offline through small group gatherings. While we use the Groupvibe system to organize logistics, this Meetup group exists to build genuine local friendships in Vienna.
Group affiliation:
This group is organized by the team behind Groupvibe. We are transparent about this affiliation, and our intention here is community-building. There is no requirement to purchase anything to attend; members simply sign up for individual meetups they’d like to join.
Who should join?
Anyone in Vienna (ages 25–45) who is looking for more meaningful social experiences and prefers smaller, more intentional gatherings over large parties or networking events. All members are expected to be respectful, open-minded, and genuinely interested in meeting others.
